One mistranslated clause in a contract, or a name spelled differently in a power of attorney, can delay a case, a transaction or a visa.
Almadani Translation translates legal documents between Arabic, English and other languages.
Every translation is stamped and signed by our office and prepared to meet the requirements of Saudi courts, notaries, ministries and embassies.
Why certified legal translation matters in Saudi Arabia
Arabic is the official language of Saudi courts.
Under the Law of Procedure before Sharia Courts, documents written in a foreign language are submitted together with a certified Arabic translation.
Many government entities and notaries follow the same practice.
In the other direction, Saudi judgments, deeds and powers of attorney often need an English or other-language translation before they can be used abroad.
Our legal translators work with Saudi legal terminology and with the conventions of the target country, so names, dates, ID numbers and legal terms match the source exactly.

Who we work with
Law firms and legal departments
Ongoing translation for case files, with consistent terminology across documents, and strict confidentiality, with an NDA on request.
Companies and investors
Contracts and corporate legal documents for Saudi and foreign counterparties, government applications and disputes.
Individuals
Personal legal documents for courts, embassies, immigration and family matters.
Translation, attestation and legalisation: what is the difference?
Certified translation is done by our office.
Some entities also ask for further steps, such as attestation by the Chamber of Commerce, ratification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or legalisation by an embassy.
These steps are separate from translation and depend on where the document will be used.
Tell us where it will be submitted and we will explain the usual sequence before we start.

Frequently asked questions
Is your legal translation suitable for submission to Saudi courts?
Our certified legal translations are stamped and signed by our office and prepared to meet the requirements of Saudi courts and the Najiz platform. If the court or entity asks for an additional attestation, we will tell you before we start.
Do I need Ministry of Foreign Affairs ratification after translation?
It depends on the receiving entity. Many local uses need only the certified translation. Documents for use abroad, and some commercial documents, may also need Chamber of Commerce attestation and MOFA ratification. Ask us and we will explain the usual steps for your case.
Can you translate a power of attorney issued outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We translate foreign powers of attorney into Arabic for use in the Kingdom. The original usually has to be legalised in the country of issue first, so please check this with the receiving entity.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign non-disclosure (confidentiality) agreements with clients on request. All documents are handled confidentially and seen only by the team working on your file.
How long does a 20-page contract take?
It depends on the content and the language pair. Send the file and we will confirm the delivery time in writing with the quote.
Need a contract or power of attorney translated?
Send it on WhatsApp and get a quote with a confirmed delivery time. WhatsApp orders are open 24/7.
