Almadani Translation provides certified engineering and technical translation for contractors, engineering consultancies, factories and suppliers across Saudi Arabia: Arabic to English, English to Arabic, and any other language, including African languages.
Every certified translation is stamped and signed by our office, reviewed by a second translator and handled confidentially. Our head office is in Riyadh, with branches in Jeddah and Al Khobar.
When you need technical translation
Tenders and bids
Tender packages are often issued in one language while bids, technical proposals and compliance statements are expected in another. We translate the tender documents you receive and the response you submit.
Project execution and approvals
Specifications, method statements, submittals and test reports are read by consultants, site teams and authorities who may work in a different language from the author.
Factories, equipment and supply
Datasheets, O&M manuals and quality certificates that come with equipment and materials are often needed in Arabic or English for operation, maintenance and your own clients.
Vendor and contractor requirements
Companies preparing documents for the vendor or contractor requirements of large Saudi owners, such as Aramco, often need company and technical documents translated. We translate the supporting documents; the requirements themselves are set by the requesting entity.
Shipping and customs
Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and other shipping documents may need translation for clearance and for your records. See also invoice translation.

Our approach
- Technical files are assigned to translators who work with engineering and industrial terminology.
- Numbers, units, dimensions, part numbers and references to standards are checked against the source.
- Codes, model numbers and standard references are kept exactly as written in the original.
- Terminology stays consistent across a document set. Send us a glossary or earlier translations and we will use them as reference.
- A second translator reviews every file before it is stamped and signed.

Tender prices, drawings and specifications are commercially sensitive. Your files are seen only by the team working on your translation.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request, and we delete your files on request once the work is delivered.
Delivery times and urgent work
Delivery time depends on the length and content of the file and is confirmed in writing with the quote. Online and WhatsApp orders are open 24/7.
If you are working to a tender closing date, our urgent certified translation service is available at extra cost.
